摘　　要：从"立德树人"框架对于高校新生教育融合创新的要求,及高校图书馆阅读推广、新生教育的现实困境出发,分析高校新生教育模式的创新背景;介绍了国外盛行的综合性新生教育计划的特点,提出适应国内需求的高校新生教育融合设计思想;以上海交通大学"交圕·安泰书道计划"的设计与实践为例,探讨了新形势下实施新型新生教育模式的必要性与成效。The paper analyzes the innovation background from the perspectives of the ＂moral education＂ framework and the dilemmas facing library in reading promotion and freshman instruction program. It then puts forward an integrated freshman instruction model in light of foreign freshman programs. Finally, the paper takes the new freshman instruction program held by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library and Antai College of Economics and Management for an example to discuss the importance of implementing new freshman instruction model in the new situation.
