摘 要:基于许渊冲诗歌翻译理论、辜正坤的音韵与意义、节奏与情感之间关系的观点,从音韵、节奏和形式、语言文字和内容等方面对白居易的政治讽喻诗《买花》和许渊冲对它的英译进行对比研究,认为:译诗采用了多种翻译策略,在音韵、节奏、形式和语言文字等方面与原诗高度吻合或贴近,从而达到了原诗的意蕴和神韵,做到了意、音、形三美,同时,也认为许渊冲主要采用的是异化法,达到了传播中国优秀文化的目的。Based on XU Yuanchong′s poetry translation theory and GU Zhengkun′s views on the relationship between the rhyme and implications and that between the rhythm and emotions, this paper makes a comparative study on Buying Flowers , a political and satirical poem composed by BAI Juyi and on the English version translated by XU Yuanchong in the aspects of the rhyme, the rhythm, the form and the implications. The paper concludes that XU Yuanchong adopted various translation strategies to obtain the goal of a high agreement or consilience with the original poem in the rhyme, rhythm, form and expressions to have further achieved the connotative meaning and verve, and to have reached the beauty of the implication, the sound and the form. At the same time, the paper also holds that XU Yuanchong mainly adopted foreignization strategy to achieve the purpose of disseminating Chinese excellent culture.
