摘　　要：中原大地是中国汉字文化的发祥地。在连续4 000多年的汉字文化史上,最为异彩纷呈的当数中原汉字文化。汉字文化是展示中国文化自信的最佳载体。在落实国家"中华文化走出去"和"中华优秀传统文化传承创新"战略的今天,充分发挥河南省独特的汉字文化优势,通过恰当的方式和渠道,把河南省得天独厚的汉字文化胜迹展示出去,进而把河南省打造成国际汉字文化圣地,应成为河南省构筑全国重要文化高地、提升河南省国际影响力的一项重要举措。The Central Plains is the origin of Chinese character culture. For the continuity of over 4000 years, the history of Chinese character culture should have been that of the most colorful Central Plains′ Chinese character culture. Chinese character culture is the best carrier that demonstrates the confidence of Chinese culture. At the time when our country is now implementing the national strategy of ＂going-out Chinese culture＂ and ＂inheriting and innovating Chinese excellent traditional culture＂, Henan Province should give full play to her unique cultural advantages of Chinese characters and display its exceptional advantage of cultural attractions through appropriate ways and channels so as to make Henan an international cultural sacred place of Chinese characters, which should become an important measure to build Henan Province into an indispensable national cultural highland and enhance its international influence.
