摘  要:目的对荆州市一起聚餐引起的副溶血弧菌食物中毒事件展开调查,总结调查处置经验,避免类似事件再次发生。方法通过流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查、实验室检测,找出可疑危险因素并提出防制对策。结果此次食物中毒事件累计发病34例,罹患率为21.52%。34例病例中男女性别比为0.42∶1。年龄分布以50~69岁居多,占病例总数的61.76%。此次食物中毒事件共持续44 h,餐次间罹患率差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.16,P=0.21)),宴会聚餐为可疑危险因素。病例临床表现以腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐为主。3份病例肛拭子标本TDH基因及TLH基因混合阳性。结论此次事件为一起聚餐引起的副溶血弧菌食物中毒事件,经市、县两级卫生部门的及时调查处置,疫情得到了有效控制。建议加强疫情主动监测和食品卫生监管,避免此类事件再次发生。Objective To investigate the food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in a potluck in Jingzhou City, and summarize the experience of investigation to avoid recurrence of similar incidents. Methods Epidemiological surveys, on-site hygiene surveys, and laboratory tests were conducted to identify suspicious risk factors and propose prevention and control strategies. Results The cumulative incidence of food poisoning was 34 cases, and the attack rate was 21.52%. In 34 cases, the gender ratio was 0.42: 1. The age distribution ranged from 50 to 69 years old, accounting for 61.76%. The food poisoning lasted for 44 hours. There was no statisticaUy significant difference in attack rates among meals (X^2 = 3.16, P = 0.21 ) ). The potluck and dinner parties were suspicious risk factors. The clinical manifestations of the cases were abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. Three cases of anal swabs were positive for TDH and TLH genes. Conclusion The incident of food poisoning was caused by Vibrio parahaernolyticus. The epidemic situation was effectively controlled after the investigation and disposal of the health authorities of city and county levels. It is recommended that the active monitoring of the epidemic and the supervision of food hygiene be strengthened to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
