摘　　要：通过对《黄帝内经》中土形人的内容进行分析和探讨,结合相关医学著作,在解释原文的基础上分别从土行的特性、土形人的体质、心理特征、易患疾病倾向性、治疗原则及养生六个方面进行阐述。总结出土形人的特点,得出土形人易患疾病的倾向性,从而帮助临床工作者辨证论治及人类养生和预防疾病服务。Based on the analysis and discussion on five-phase theory in Huangdi Neijing,combined with relevant medical literature,on the basis of explaining the original text,this paper summarized the characteristics of the soil type people from following six aspects： the characteristics of the tsuchikata,the physique of the soil type people,the psychological characteristics,susceptible to disease tendency,treatment principle and health preservation,and thus helping the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
