摘　　要：由于主客观条件的限制 ,常规模糊判断矩阵存在着诸多缺陷。针对这一问题 ,提出应用一种新的方法来构造模糊一致性矩阵 ,并应用蒙特卡罗方法证明该矩阵具有传递性、可综合性和保序性的特征 ,从而可以在决策分析中得到广泛的应用 ;最后将其应用到一个实际算例中 。Owing to the constraints of subjective and objective factors, there are many limitations in normal judgment matrix. According to these limitations, this paper presented a new method to construct fuzzy consistent matrix, which was proved to have the characteristics of transitivity, comprehension, and order keeping by using the method of Monte-Carlo, and it could be widely used in decision analysis. At last, the fuzzy consistent matrix was used in a actual example, an ideal result was obtained.
