摘　　要：为培养高质量的技术技能型人才,构建了校内基础加工实训、企业社会实践和顶岗实习三段递进工学交替式的人才培养模式。分析了每一阶段实施过程中的实践条件和具体模式、管理机制,保障了人才培养的有效顺利实施。In order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents, this paper constructs the training mode of three-progressive working and learning alternation based on school basic processing training, enterprise social practice and internship. It analyzes the practical conditions, specific modes and management mechanisms in each stage of implementation to ensure the effective implementation of talent training.
