摘　　要：新时期社会环境下,积极开展大学生网络道德建设工作,需要从大学生的实际思想道德观念出发,充分有效地强化网络道德建设工作,正面引导大学生思想道德观念的形成。重点研究网络道德建设的内涵、特点和实际工作中存在着的问题,积极采取切实有效的应对策略,能够促进大学生网络道德建设水平的不断提升。In the new era of social environment, to actively carry out the construction of college students＇ network morality, we need to proceed from the actual ideological and moral concepts of college students, fully and effectively strengthen the construction of network morality, and positively guide the formation of college students＇ ideological and moral concepts. The network moral construction only can be promoted by focusing on the connotation, characteristics and practical problems of network moral construction and actively taking effective countermeasures.
