摘 要:基于准静态动力学建立了传统车和轻混车的理论油耗模型,分析了目标工况下传统车的能量消耗特点和混动车5条节能途径的节能贡献,并剖析了循环工况和动力总成参数对节油率的影响。结合燃油经济性预测分析结果建立了混动车全生命周期成本分析模型,结果表明混动车具有明显的成本优势。本文提出的以理论分析为基础的预测模型,可以快速地为混合动力系统开发提供准确的燃油经济性及成本分析结果。Fuel consumption models based on quasi-static dynamics were built for conventional and mild hybrid trucks.Energy consumption features of conventional truck and fuel saving rate brought by five measures of the hybrid truck were analyzed and predicted under target driving cycle.Then that factors influencing fuel saving,including driving cycle and power-train,were studied.Combined with the predicted fuel economy results,a total life cycle cost model was put forward.Results show that hybrid truck gain obvious cost advantage.The proposed prediction models based on theoretical analysis provide accurate economic and total life cycle cost results for hybrid power-train system quickly.
