摘 要:提升企业员工的工作幸福感是企业管理者最为关心的问题之一,从职场精神力视角来寻找领导—成员交换对工作幸福感影响的新路径。实证检验了领导—成员交换对工作幸福感的积极影响,以及职场精神力的中介作用。通过问卷调查,运用SPSS21.0和AMOS17.0结构方程进行数据分析。结果表明,领导—成员交换中情感、忠诚、贡献、专业尊敬对员工工作幸福感具有积极作用;职场精神力中的工作意义、团体感、组织价值观一致性在领导—成员交换情感、忠诚、贡献维度与工作幸福感之间具有部分中介作用;在专业尊敬与工作幸福感之间具有完全中介作用。Employees' work well-being is one of the most important issues for enterprise managers. This paper looks for a new path of leadership-member exchange's impact on work well-being from the perspective of workplace spirituality. The study empirically examined the positive influence of leader-member exchange on work well-being,as well as the mediating effect of workplace spirituality. Through questionnaire survey,using SPSS21. 0 and AMOS17. 0 structural equation for data analysis,the results show that the leader-member exchange's dimension including liking,loyalty,contribution,and professional respect plays a positive role on employees work well-being; The workplace spirituality's dimensions including meaning at work,sense of community,alignment with organizational values partly mediated liking,loyalty,contribution dimension and work well-being; fully mediated professional respect and work well-being.
