摘  要:目的:探索医学院校生物医学工程专业小班化教学的对策和路径。方法:通过分析小班化教学的理念和优势,明确小班化教学存在的问题;在首次任职培训课程中针对医学装备维修技术和采购管理两个核心内容,创新设计"角色扮演采购招标实践"和"医学装备维修技能训练"。结果:自2014年实施小班化教学以来,历届学员的"医学装备管理与技术保障"考试成绩得到了有效的巩固和提升,2015-2017年与2014年相比考试成绩分别提高了3.5%、4.3%和5.5%。结论:小班化教学能够有效提高教学质量,有助于培养具有较扎实的基础理论、基本知识及基本技能的医学工程技术人才。Objective To explore the strategies and paths of small class teaching of biomedical engineering specialty of medical colleges. Methods: By analyzing the concept and advantages of small class teaching, introspecting the problems that existed in small class teaching in our school. Aiming at the two core contents of medical equipment maintenance technology and procurement management in the first post-oriented training course to innovatively design "role-playing procurement bidding practice" and "medical equipment maintenance skills training". Results: Since 2014, the scores of "medical equipment management and technical guarantee" of all of previous students have been effectively consolidated and increased. Compared with 2014, the test scores from 2015 to 2017 were increased by 3.5%, 4.3% and 5.5%, respectively. Conclusion: Small class teaching can effectively improve the teaching quality and contribute to cultivate medical engineering talents with stead basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skill.
