摘　　要：校企合作、产教融合是教育改革的重要方向之一,也是应用型人才培养的有效路径. 本文以校企合作建设过程中的培养目标、 课程体系设置、 实训实习条件和师资队伍建设四个因素为出发点, 建立校企合作人才培养的过程评价体系和效果评价体系,以期更好地促进和完善校企合作人才培养模式的发展.School-enterprise cooperation, integration of produc-tion and education is one of the important directions of education reform,and it is also an effective path for the cultivation of applied talents. In thispaper, based on the four objectives of training objectives, curriculumsystem setting, practice training conditions and teacher team construc-tion in the process of school-enterprise cooperation construction, a processevaluation system and effect evaluation system for school-enterprisecooperation talents training will be established in order to better promoteAnd improve the development of school-enterprise cooperation talenttraining model.
