摘　　要：民族文化对外翻译人才培养,不仅要重视语言素质的培养,更要基于文化翻译的本质,把民族文化素养作为翻译人才培养的一个重点问题,只有这样,所培养出来的翻译人员在进行民族文化翻译时,才能把民族文化在译入语中表达得更加接近原意,从而实现民族文化翻译的传播目标。翻译人才培养的目的是满足翻译行业的人才需要,对于翻译人才的民族文化素养培养,一方面是要形成民族翻译的行业要求或标准,使之成为人才培养的要求或规则;另一方面,则要在培养机构中切实落实民族文化知识教育,使民族文化素质成为翻译人才的素质要求。The cultivation of ethnic foreign translation talents should not only pay attention to the cultivation of language quality, but also, based on the essence of cultural translation, regard national cultural literacy as a key issue in the cultivation of translation talents. Only in this way, only when the translators are trained to translate the national culture can they express the national culture more closely to the original meaning in the target language. The purpose of training translation talents is to meet the needs of the translation industry, and to cultivate the national cultural literacy of translation talents, the first thing is to form the industry requirements or standards of national translation. On the other hand, it is necessary to carry out the education of national culture and knowledge in order to make the quality of national culture become the quality requirement of translation talents.
