摘 要:新高考改革背景下,考试质量监测与评价要求:科学监测高考作为考试工具自身的质量,以监测促考试质量提升;科学监测和评价考试改革进程中的问题与对策,以监测推动考试改革动态调整。教育部考试中心以"大评价"观为指导,以提高考试质量为核心,以信息化平台为支撑,在建立全维度、全流程、全功能的考试质量监测与评价体系上进行了不断探索。下一步将聚焦改革,全力迎接新高考考试性质的再认识、新高考难度模型重构,以及大数据分析等带来的新挑战,进一步建立健全考试质量监测与评价体系,为提升教育质量、推进考试改革服务。Under the background of the new college entrance examination reform, examination quality monitoring and assessment has two goals: monitor the quality of college entrance examination itself as an instrument, to improve the exams; monitor and assessment the problems and countermeasures in the examination reform process, to promote the adjustment of the reform. National Education Examinations Authority continuously explored the examination quality monitoring and assessment system, which is a full-scale, full-process, and fullfeatured, with the "grand assessment" concept as the guide, the improvement of the examination quality as the core, and based on the information platform. We will meet three major challenges focusing on the reform, such as recognizing the nature of the new exams, building the new difficulty model of the college entrance examination, as well as the big data analysis. The sound examination quality monitoring and assessment systems will provide services to improve education quality and to promote the reform of college entrance examination.
