摘 要:改革开放以来,我国教育法治建设实现了从法制到法治的观念转变和实践转型。教育立法快速发展,初步形成中国特色社会主义教育法律体系。教育纠纷从不可讼到逐步可讼,司法成为推动教育法治进步的重要力量。面向新时代,需进一步强化教育法治的价值理念,并从立法、执法、司法、守法各方面推进教育法治现代化。Ouer the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, China's educational rule of law has gone throughconceptual transform and practical changes,from focusing on legal system to the rule of law. Educational legislation haspicked up pace,and a socialist educational legal system with Chinese characteristics has been initially formed.Educational disputes which could not be settled by litigation can now be settled lawfully and judiciary has become acritical force to promote the progress of education and the rule of law. To embrace the new era,it's necessary to furtherhighlight the value of the rule of law in education,and advance the modernization of the rule of law in education from theaspects of legislation,law enforcement,judicature and law-abiding.
