摘 要:外绝缘特性是高压输变电工程设计和运行时重点关注的问题,其基本依据则是空气间隙的击穿特性,应用人工智能算法获取空气间隙击穿电压是外绝缘研究的新方向之一.因此,提出了一种利用典型电极间隙击穿电压预测复杂间隙击穿电压的方法,该方法基于电场特征参数和支持向量机理论,通过有限元法计算空气间隙的电场分布,从中提取电场特征参数,用以表征间隙的几何结构.采用支持向量机建立预测模型,并将电场特征参数作为预测模型的输入参量,以间隙在给定电压下是否击穿作为输出参量.采用该方法,选取球隙和棒-板间隙作为训练样本,预测环-板、环-环间隙的击穿电压,预测值与试验值吻合良好.该方法为获取复杂空气间隙的击穿电压提供了一条新的途径,有助于减少试验次数,降低试验成本.External insulation characteristic is a key issue in the design and operation process of high voltage transportation and transfer facilities.And the breakdown characteristic of air gaps is the base of insulation coordination.Applying artificial intelligence algorithm using machine learning to design external insulation of transmission line is one of the new directions in the study of external insulation.Therefore,a new method for predicting the breakdown voltage of complex gaps with that of typical electrode gaps is proposed.This method is based on electric field features and support vector machine(SVM).The electric field distribution is calculated by finite element method;and the electric field features are extracted to characterize the gap geometries.The prediction model is established by SVM;and the electric field features are set as input parameters of the model;while the output is whether the gap would breakdown under a given voltage.Applying this method,sphere gap and rod-plane gap is chosen as training samples for predicting the breakdown voltage of ring-plane and ring-ring gaps.The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental values by comparison.This method provides a new way for getting the breakdown voltage of complex air gaps.So it is conducive to decrease test work and reduce experimental cost.
