摘 要:在长达25年的教育工作中,金海观立足中国教育发展实际,积极兴办、改革师范教育,逐渐形成了系统的师范教育思想。在金海观的师范教育思想中,他主张师范教育应以面向农村为办学方向,师范生的培养也应立足乡村发展,并对师资提出了较高要求。金海观的师范教育思想与实践对民国后期中国师范教育以及乡村教育的发展起到了重要的推动作用,对今天的师范教育改革发展仍具有重要的现实价值。In the 25 years of education work,Jin Haiguan based on the actual development of China's education,actively set up,reform teacher education,and gradually formed a system of normal education.In Jin Haiguan's normal education thought,he advocated that teacher education should be oriented towards the rural areas,the training of normal students should also be based on rural development,and teachers put forward higher requirements.Jin Haiguan's thought and practice of teacher education played an important role in promoting the development of teacher education and rural education in the late period of the Republic of China,and still had important practical value for the reform and development of normal education in today's normal education.
