工业计量泵远程监控专用双信道智能网关的设计与实现

摘　　要：提出了一种工业计量泵远程监控系统专用的双信道智能CAN-Ethernet网关的设计方案,实现了工业计量泵组集群监控系统的智能化与网络化。网关的设计采用了模块设计的思想,在硬件上设计了网关基板和两种以太网通信子板,方便用户在硬件层面进行傻瓜式的裁剪规划以达到最优的经济性。在网关的程序中设计了信道热备冗余机制,节点网络管理机制和特定的通信协议,保障网关网络的通信稳定,消除异构网络之间的数据帧差异,实现数据的透传。最后网关移植了μC/OS-II实时操作系统,保证网关各个任务的有序调度和通信实时性。提出的专用双信道智能网关结构简单、灵活、智能化程度高,测试运行结果表明其具有运行稳定、可靠、实时性高等优点,具有较高的使用价值。This paper proposes a design scheme of dual-channel intelligent CAN-Ethernet gateway for industrial metering pump remote monitoring system,which realizes the intelligentization and networking of industrial metering pump cluster monitoring system.The design of the gateway adopts the idea of module design.The gateway baseboard and two kinds of Ethernet communication daughter boards are designed on the hardware to facilitate the user to perform fool-proof cutting planning at the hardware level so as to achieve the best economy.In the gateway program,a signal path hot standby redundancy mechanism.A node network management mechanism and a specific communication protocol are designed to ensure stable communication of the gateway network,eliminate data frame differences between heterogeneous networks.
