摘  要:教师是教育之本,师资队伍建设一直占据着高职院校发展的重要战略地位,为高职院校的快速发展奠定基础。在高职院校进入内涵发展的关键时期,师资队伍建设应树立教师质量观,转变师资队伍建设导向,从关注教师量化指标转向关注教师专业发展,从事务性教师管理转向学术性教师管理,从缺乏明确建设目标转向满足利益相关者需求,从而提高教师整体质量,促进高职教育教学质量提升。Teachers are the foundation of education. Faculty development has been taking an important strategic position in the development of higher vocational schools,laying a solid foundation for their rapid development. In the key period of connotative development,higher vocational schools should set up the view of teacher quality and change the orientation of faculty development(from focusing on teacher quantitative indicators to focusing on teacher professional development;from transactional teacher management to academic teacher management;from lacking a clear construction objective to satisfying stakeholder needs)so as to improve the overall teacher quality and facilitate the higher vocational teaching quality promotion.
