江苏独立学院环境设计专业人才培养模式创新研究

摘　　要：研究江苏独立学院环境设计专业人才培养模式,探索创新性方法、途径,以实现突破传统环境设计专业人才培养的固定模式。从高校、教师、学生、企业对人才培养制订与理解等入手,探究典型院校人才培养模式,并辅以具体的课程实例进行说明,对专业工作室进行详细阐述,总结培养模式创新点,为江苏独立学院可持续发展提供借鉴。对于江苏独立学院环境设计专业人才培养模式进行创新性研究,要结合国家政策、社会发展趋势、学校自身培养目标与要求,制订出合适的环境设计专业人才培养方案,还有利于为独立学院转设提供有意义的参考。To study the training mode of environmental design professionals in Jiangsu Independent College,and explore innovative methods and approaches to break through the traditional training mode of environmental design professionals. Methods Starting from the formulation and understanding of talent cultivation in universities,teachers,students and enterprises,this paper explores the talent cultivation mode in typical universities,and illustrates the professional studios with specific curriculum examples,summarizes the innovation points of the training mode,and provides reference for the sustainable development of Jiangsu Independent College. The innovative research on the cultivation mode of environmental design professionals in Jiangsu Independent College should be combined with the national policy,social development trend,the school＇s own training objectives and requirements,and a suitable cultivation scheme for environmental design professionals should be worked out,which is also conducive to providing a meaningful reference for the re-establishment of independent colleges.
