摘  要:温度控制是工业实际应用中常见的控制对象,一般需要通过加热和冷却设备将温度控制在工艺需求的设定温度附近,才可以满足后续的工艺需求。本设计将经典PID控制概念应用到温度控制对象上,从基于PLC的温度控制系统的硬件连接设计、各个温区系统的PID控制设计、PWM的输出控制调节、实验测试等环节来分析设计,一旦系统实际温度存在偏差,就准确及时地调节机械上各个温区设备上的加热元件和冷却元件,最终达到准确地将控制对象温度稳定在预期温度附近。Temperature control is a common control object in industrial practical application, generally, it is required to control the temperature in the process by adding heating and cooling equipment, which could meet the subsequent process requirements. The design of the classical PID control concept is applied to the temperature control object, the design from the hardware connection which is based on PLC temperature control system, PID control design of each temperature area system, and PWM output control regulation, experimental testing is to analyze in this paper. Once there has a deviation of the actual temperature of system, each adding heating and cooling equipment in temperature zone will be adjusted accurately and timely, finally, the temperature can be controlled accurately that is close to expected temperature.
