摘  要:建立了转基因甜菜H7-1品系特异性基因片段检测的LAMP方法,并对该方法进行了特异性、灵敏性、稳定性测试以及实际样品的应用测试。结果表明:该方法具有特异性,能检出质量分数0. 5%的转基因甜菜H7-1品系,灵敏度高,稳定性好,简便快速,可用于现场检测。A LAMP method for detecting specific gene fragments of genetically modified sugar beet H7-1 was established ,and the specificity, sensitivity, stability and practical application of the method were tested. The results showed that the method was specific and could detect 0.5% (mass fraction) genetically modified sugar beet H7-1 with high sensitivity and good stability. The method was simple and rapid, and could be used for field detection.
