摘  要:目的探索考生考官角色互换临床能力考核的培训方式,对老年科护理人员临床能力的影响。方法对研究对象进行考生与考官的角色互换,在培训前及培训1年后应用《Mini-CEX迷你临床演练评价量表》及《中国注册护士核心能力量表》进行测评,评价此种培训方式对护理人员临床能力的影响。结果《Mini-CEX迷你临床演练评价量表》的7个维度在培训后得分均较培训前有所上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);《中国注册护士核心能力量表》总分培训后较培训前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过考生考官角色互换进行临床能力考核的培训方式,能够提高护理人员的临床实践能力以及其他相关临床能力,并有利于护理人员评判性思维的建立。Objective To explore an effetctive assessment training methods to enhance the clinical competence of gerontological nurses. Methods The roles of examinees and examiners were exchanged for the study subjects. The Mini-clinic Exercise Assessment( Mini-CEX) Scale and the Chinese Registered Nurse Core Competence Scale were assessed before training and one year after training to evaluate the clinical ability of nursing staff. Results The scores of seven dimensions of the Mini-CEX mini-clinical evaluation scale after training were higher than those before the training,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). There were statistical differences in total points of Chinese Registered Nurses Core Competence Scale after training( P〈0. 05). Conclusions The assessing training method through exchange between examinee and examiner can improve the clinical practice ability and other relevant competence of nurses. It is beneficial for nurses to establish their critical thinking skills.
