摘　　要：基于岗位胜任力的人才培养,是一种新视野下以岗位目标为导向,与职业资格和职业标准挂钩,着重提升职业能力的药学教育创新培养模式。对比国际国内的药师岗位胜任力标准和药学人才培养模式,借鉴成熟经验,构建符合我国经济发展需要和行业需求的药学人才培养方案。Talents training based on the post competence is a kind of innovative phammceutical education training mode with a new vision which is positional goal oriented ,linked with the professional qualification and professional standards and focused on promoting the professional abilities. By comparing the pharmacist post competence and the talent training mode between the domestic and overseas and learning from the mature experiences,a pharmaceutical talent training plan conforming to China economic development needs and industcy requirements will be constructed ,which will promote the reform of medicine and health profes- sional talent team under the background of the ＂new medical refoml＂, which is also a requirement for development and construction of pharmaceutical profession dm4ng the period of the thirteenth five-year plan.
