摘  要:目的:分析PACS(Picture Archiving&Communication System、影像存档与传输系统)结合PBL(problem-based learning、以问题为基础)教学方式在骨科临床教学中的应用,优化骨科临床教学质量。方法:从2013年7月~2017年7月,回顾性分析首都医科大学全科医学与继续教育学院60名"3+2"助理医生在我院进行临床实习的情况,随机分为对照组(传统教学组)及实验组(PACS+PBL组),对照组采用传统教学方式,实验组采用PACS+PBL教学方法进行临床教学,老师出题测验助理医生学习成绩及综合能力自我评估分数有无统计学差异。结果:与对照组相比,实验组助理医生学习成绩及综合能力自我评估分数明显高于传统教学法组(P<0.05)。结论:PACS系统结合PBL教学方式应用于骨科临床教学工作中取得了良好的教学成绩,值得临床带教推广。Objective To analyze the application of PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System) combined with PBL (Problem-based Learning) teaching mode in orthopedics clinical teaching, optimizing the quality of orthopedics clinical teaching. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the clinical practice that 60 cases of "3+2" assistant doctors in a university from July 2013 to July 2017, randomly divided the 60 cases into the control group (traditional teaching group) and the experimental group (PACS+PBL group), the traditional teaching method was used in the control group, the PACS+PBL teaching method was used in the experimental group. Teacher tested the assistant doctors' academic achievements and comprehensive ability self-assessment score, to see whether there was a statistical difference. Results: Compared with the control group, the score of academic achievement and self-assessment of comprehensive ability of the assistant doctors in the experimental group is obviously higher( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The PACS combined with PBL teaching method has achieved good results in the orthopedics clinical teaching, it is worth of promoting in clinical teaching.
