摘　　要：学分银行的学习成果认证、积累与转换业务通过信息系统实现向各级各类学习者和机构提供服务,这对信息系统的数据标准提出了更高的要求。依据已有的教育信息化规范及相关标准要求,结合学分银行自身的管理、决策等要求,提出学分银行信息系统中对象的数据模型设计方法,对"人""机构""学习成果"等核心对象进行数据模型的标准化定义,可以为建设和完善学分银行信息系统功能提供数据标准支持,提高数据的兼容性,从而有效保证学分银行信息系统的可靠性及易维护性。Because Credit Bank provides the accreditation, accumulation and transfer of learning outcomes to all levels and types of learners, organizations through information system, and therefore, higher data standards required. Based on the norms and relative standards for education informatization, as well as the requirements of Credit Bank management and decision-making, the paper puts forward an object-oriented data modeling for the Credit Bank information system, standardizing the data model of key objects, such as “human”, “organization”, and “learning outcome”. That provides data standard supports for the functional establishment and development of Credit Bank information system, increases the compatibility of data, and thus effectively ensures the reliability and maintenance.
