远程培训中辅导教师培养策略的研究与实践——以北京大学中小学教师远程培训项目为例  

Research and Practice of Cultivation of Tutors in Distance Training——Taking the Distance Training Program for Primary and Secondary Teachers at Peking University as an Example

摘  要:在全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革中,远程培训俨然已成为中小学教师继续教育的一种重要形式。辅导教师作为助学者,在教师远程培训中发挥着重要作用,主要体现在活动引领、教学管理、学习评价等各个方面。以北京大学中小学教师远程培训项目为例,基于对教师远程培训中辅导教师角色定位及培养问题的探讨和研究,可以采取以下对策来培养辅导教师:通过培训者培训解决短期"上岗"问题;培训过程中提供工作"支架"素材;培训结束后提供跟踪指导。In the process of overall deepening the teacher s construction in a new era, distance training has become an important form in continuing education for primary and middle school teachers. The tutor plays a very important role for the distance teacher s training. The paper takes the teacher s distance-training project in middle schools and primary schools at Peking University as the research background, discusses and studies the role of the tutors in the distance training as well as the problem of cultivation. Then, it proposes three ways to train and cultivate tutors: (1) resolve the “job-up” issue through training, (2) provide scaffolding materials for training in the process of training, (3) follow-up guidance offered after the training.
