摘  要:以玉米芯为主料,设计不同的菌株、基质配方和覆土材料进行了鸡腿蘑病虫害防控栽培试验。结果表明,鸡腿蘑菌株鸡蘑1号、特白33、特白36可作为我国北方地区抗病抗逆性强、优质高产的首选品种;当玉米芯替代棉籽皮的添加比例逐步提高到80%时,发菌期污染率和出菇期病害依然保持在1.0%和1.5%,而且产值投入比最高,达到10.37:1;新型覆土材料出菇早、商品性好,产量比传统覆土提高36.3%,出菇期病害发生率为1.5%,比对照降低3.5个百分点,抗虫率高达95%。Corn cob was used as main raw material to cultivate Coprinus comatus, and different strains, substrate fommlas and casing soil wele designed for the disease and insect plevention and control experiment. The lesults showed that the Coprinus comatus strains Jimo 1, Tebai 33 and Tebai 36 could be as the pleferled varieties with good quality, high yield and high disease lesistances in northern China. When the proportion of corn cob leplacing cotton seed shell was gradually increased to 80%, the mycelial contamination rate and the disease occurlence rate of fruiting body was still 1.0% and 1.5% , and the input - output ratio was the highest reaching 10.37:1. The new casing soil could inclease the yield by 36.3% compaled to the traditional one with early body -fruiting and good commodity. The disease occmTence rate in fruiting period was 1.5% , which was 3.5 percentage points lower than that of the traditional casing soil, and the insect ~sistant rate was as high as 95%.
