摘 要:医学实践类课程的教学设计是教育专家及教师长期以来关注的焦点。目前已有多种教学模型或方法运用到了针灸实训课程的教学设计中,并取得了一定成效。如何持续提高实针灸训教学水平,培养理论知识扎实、动手能力过硬、临床思维敏锐的针灸人才,满足多元化、综合化实战型人才需求,是当代医学实践教学的最终目标。本文通过问卷调查了解学生需求,基于BOPPPS教学模型(Bridge-in,Objective,Pre-test,Participatory Learning,Post-assessment,BOPPPS)框架嵌合多种教学方法,对针灸临床实训课程教学设计思路进行探讨,以期为相关课程设计提供思路。The teaching design of medical practice courses it the focus of educational experts and teachers for a long time. At present, a variety of teaching models or methods have been applied to the teaching design of acupuncture practice training courses, which have achieved results. How to improve the training level of practical courses, cultivate the solid theoretical knowledge, excellent practical ability, and sharp mind of talents, as well as meet the needs of diversified, composite and practical talents, are our ultimate objectives of modern medical practical teaching. In order to offer the design ideas of training courses, in this article, the authors discussed on the design thoughts of acupuncture practical training course through the questionnaire survey to understand the needs of students and the BOPPPS (Bridge-in, Objective, Pre-test, Participatory Learning, Post-assessment) teaching models with multiple methods.
