摘 要:目的探讨烧伤科护理实习生最佳带教方法。方法选取我院烧伤科40名护理实习生为研究对象,将其分为2组各20人,对照组予以传统带教方法,试验组予以责任制带教模式。比较2组学生的考核成绩及其带教效果的满意度。结果试验组理论成绩、操作成绩和综合成绩(96.5±1.2,94.5±1.4,5.1±1.7)均高于对照组,而且试验组护理实习生对带教效果满意度(90.00%)高于对照组(60.00%),以上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在烧伤科护理实习带教中应用责任制带教模式,能够明显提高护理实习生在理论及操作方面的成绩和提高实习护生的满意度,可供护理带教借鉴。Objective To analyze the experience and value of teaching in nursing interns of burn department. Methods 40 nursing interns in burn department of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. The data were reviewed and analyzed. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 20 nursing interns in each group. The two groups were compared. Results The results of the test group were all higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05), and the satisfaction degree of the nursing interns in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion the application of responsibility system in nursing practice teaching in the Department of burn department can improve the academic and operational achievements of nursing interns, and can be used for reference in clinical application.
