摘  要:李东垣是金元时期著名的医家,其所著《脾胃论》共三卷,主要讲述脾胃的虚实传导变化及其与其他脏腑经络之间的联系,并提出相应治法,集理、方、药于一体。其中论述了"脾为升降之枢纽,以升为主"的观点。味之薄者,诸风药是也,此助春夏升浮者,风能胜湿,故风药运用广博,但其性辛燥,易助热。脾虚亦水湿内停,至膀胱气化不利,宜淡渗利水,甘淡之品亦有不少,但利尿亦伤阳气,故又慎用。Li Dongyuan was a famous doctor during the Jin and Yuan dynasties. His Piwei Lun is a three-volume book, which mainly describes the changes of the function and reality of spleen and stomach and its connection with other viscera channels and collaterals. In the book, the spleen is an elevating hub. It can be use for Chinese medicinal materials of the Chinese medicinal material. The spleen is in the water, the water is in the water, the bladder is vaporized, and the water is good, and the light is good, but it is also a good use of the urine.
