摘　　要：目的探讨CDIO教学模式在手术室新护士培训的应用效果。方法借鉴CDIO的"实践导向"与"全过程"两大核心特点,设置以实践能力培养为主的新护士培训课程体系,落实培训课程的护理实践教学方式及实施。结果实施基于CDIO模式的手术室新护士规范化培训,医生满意度提升7.32%,新护士满意度提升6.16%,获奖成绩优良。结论在手术室新护士培训中,应用CDIO教学模式,培养了新护士综合能力、职业能力及创新能力,提高新护士的岗位胜任力。Objective To explore the effect of CDIO teaching mode in the training of new nurses in operating room. Methods Based on CDIO＇s ＂practice-oriented＂ and ＂whole-process＂ core characteristics, a new nurse training curriculum system based on practical ability training was set up, and nursing practice teaching mode and implementation of training courses were implemented. Results The standardized training of new nurses in operation room based on CDIO model increased the satisfaction of doctors by 7.32% and the satisfaction of new nurses by 6.16%. Conclusion In the training of new nurses in the operating room, applying the CDIO teaching mode, the comprehensive ability, professional ability and innovation ability of the new nurses were cultivated, and the post competency of the new nurses was improved.
