摘  要:为了阐述结肠炎与脂肪肝发病的相互联系及鸡屎藤与茶多酚的联合干预作用,将40只SD大鼠随机分成A、B、C、D 4组,在全程高脂饲料条件下建立脂肪肝模型,C、D组再采用2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸法建立并发性结肠炎病理模型,B、D组采用鸡屎藤和茶多酚干预。在第45天时断颈采血,检测血常规、转氨酶、血脂、血蛋白等指标变化。结果表明:鸡屎藤与茶多酚联合可激活嗜碱性粒细胞(P〉0.05),降低脂肪肝伴发结肠炎时的血清内毒素水平(P〈0.05),双向调节中性粒细胞数(P〉0.05或P〈0.05)及血小板数(P〉0.05),减轻内毒素对肝脏细胞的损伤。说明鸡屎藤与茶多酚可用于肠源性脂肪肝的联合防治。The aim of the present study was to elucidate the interrelation between colitis and fatty liver,and the intervention effect of paederia scandense and tea polyphenols on colitis and fatty liver in rats. 40 SD rat were randomly divided into four groups( group A,B,C and D). Fatty liver model was established under the condition of high fat diet. The group C and D were established a colitis pathological model by using 2,4,6-three nitrobenzene sulfonic acid( TNBS) method. The group B and D were treated by paederia scandense and tea polyphenols. On the 45 th day,the blood samples were collected from broken neck to detect the changes of blood routine,transaminase,blood lipid,blood protein and so on.The results showed that the treatment of paederia scandense and tea polyphenols could activate basophilic granulocyte( P〉0. 05),decrease serum endotoxin level when falty liver with colitis( P〈0. 05),regulate neutrophils( P〉0. 05 or P〈0. 05) and platelet content( P〉0. 05). So that it could reduce the damage of lipopolysaccharide on hepatocytes.The results indicated that it can be used in the prevention and treatment of intestinal fatty liver by combining the intestinal health care effect of paederia scandense and the lipid-lowering effect of tea polyphenols.
