新时代高职院校《章程》特色建设的思考

摘　　要：制定具有高等职业教育特色的章程是新时代完善职业教育和培训体系,建设优质院校的必然要求,中国特色高职院校章程的制定要凝练学校精神、办学理念和优秀传统,坚持高校章程制定的基本原则、凸显职业教育、学校和行业特色,妥善处理与既有规章制度的关系,依法治校,依靠制度力量建设和发展中国特色现代职业技术教育。It is critical to construct characteristic constitution for vocational colleges in new era, for this helps improve vocational education and training system and accords with the requirements of building quality schools. Constitution construction should conform to school spirits, excellent traditions, educational principles and school regulations to develop modern professional technology with Chinese characteristics education.
