摘　　要：寒暑假是大学生生活的重要部分,如何形成学生寒暑假生活管理和指导的体系,督促和指导学生有效利用寒暑假的时间提升自我,使学生寒暑假生活更有意义,继而增强社会适应能力和竞争能力是学生管理工作的难点。提出了"大学生寒暑假自我提升计划",通过整体目标、内容形式、指导性任务和评价方式的介绍和实施面临的问题及解决办法、成效分析,提供了一套较为合理的学生寒暑假生活管理和指导的策略。Winter and summer vacation are important part in college students＇ life. How to form the system of students＇ winter and summer vacation management and guidance, to supervise and guide students to effectively make use of winter and summer vacation to improve themselves, make vacation more meaningful, and strengthen social adaptability and competitive ability. This paper puts forward ＂student＇ s self - enhancement plan in winter and summer vacation＂. Through the introduction and implementation of overall objectives, content forms, guiding tasks and evaluation methods as well as problems and solutions are provided, and a set of more reasonable strategies for the students＇ vacation management and guidance is provided.
