摘 要:随着四化同步、农地三权分置等制度的相继实施,使得农村经济社会发展的需求端对农村职业教育有现实的诉求,同时也为农村职业教育供给侧改革提供了契机。但由于农村职业教育存在办学定位滞后、培训体系不健全、结构布局不合理以及制度配置不科学等问题。农村职业教育应该从办学定位调整、培训体系健全、功能结构互动以及制度体系创新等方面来推进农村职业教育供给侧改革,为农民提供多样化、层次化、个性化的培训服务。With the successive implementation of the system of four modernizations and the separation of farmland and rights, the demand side of rural economic and social development has a realistic appeal to rural vocational education, and it also provides an opportunity for rural vocational education supply reform. However, due to the existence of rural vocational education lagging behind the positioning, the training system is not perfect, the layout of the structure is not reasonable and the system configuration is not scientific. Rural vocational education should promote the supply-side reform from the aspects of school orientation adjustment, sound training system, interaction of functional structure, and institutional system innovation, and provide farmers with diversified, hierarchical, and personalized training services.
