摘 要:公民疲劳是伴随着组织公民行为阴暗面研究的深入而提出的新概念,是指个体频繁参与组织公民行为而产生的精疲力竭、疲惫或者厌烦的心理体验。此概念的提出有助于从一个全新的视角将组织公民行为的研究引向深入。本文在梳理现有文献的基础上,系统分析了公民疲劳研究的缘起与演进,介绍了公民疲劳的概念内涵与测量,比对了公民疲劳与其他相关概念的异同,进而对公民疲劳的影响因素、调节机制和结果变量进行了总结与评述,在此基础上指出了未来的研究方向。Over the past three decades,organizational citizenship behavior(OCB)has attracted increasing attention.Overviewing the related studies,researchers have highlighted the positive nature of OCB which is so-called"good citizenship behavior".Along with the further research of OCB,some researchers try to reframe and reinterpret the traditional OCB.They argue that OCB is not always employees'voluntary behavior,whose citizenship is not necessarily attributed to altruistic motives,even may not be beneficial to the organization.The introduction of the concepts of escalating citizenship,compulsory citizenship behavior,citizenship pressure and job creep reveals the non-autonomy or dark side of OCB.Citizenship fatigue is a new concept along with the deep research of the dark side of OCB.The idea of this concept is helpful to the research of OCB from a completely new perspective.Firstly,based on a review of current literature,this paper analyzes the origin and evolution of citizenship fatigue.The introduction of citizenship fatigue is the re-construction and re-interpretation of the traditional OCB,which not only enriches the understanding of the controversial topic of OCB,but also corresponds to the callings for a more nuanced and balanced understanding of OCB.Secondly,this paper introduces the concept connotation and measurement of citizenship fatigue.The origin of the construct citizenship fatigue is rooted in the research that has sought to develop a more complete understanding of what happens when having to engage in OCB or going out of one's way on the behalf of others is an integral part of one's job.It is defined as a state in which employees feel worn out,tired,or on edge attributed to engaging in OCB.Citizenship fatigue bears obvious resemblance to felt stress,role overload,and burnout,but it is also different from these constructs in meaningful ways.At present,there is only one measurement scale of six items.For example,"I feel worn out because I go beyond the call of duty for my department","Bec
