对中医翻译中约定俗成原则的思考

摘　　要：随着中医文化在西方的传播,中医翻译在近20年里得到了很大的发展,中医译者和相关部门制定出了一些翻译原则来指导实践,约定俗成就是这些原则之一。然而中医翻译中的约定俗成原则还存在一些问题,值得思考,例如符合约定俗成原则的术语范畴、约定俗成的约定主体等问题。如果这些问题得不到解决,约定俗成原则就不能被正确地执行。With the spread of TCM culture in the west, the translation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has made great progress in the past two decades. Chinese translators and the related departments have formulated some translation principles to guide the practice and convention is one of these principles. However, convention principle in TCM translation still has some problems worthy of consideration, such as which terminology should be called conventional and who decide conventional terminology. If these problems are not resolved, the convention principle cannot be correctly executed.
