摘　　要：学习和使用国家通用语言文字对于各民族拓展视野、增长知识、提高素质、增强适应社会发展和参与市场竞争的能力有着极为重要的作用。开展国家通用语言文字教育,符合中国共产党执政规律,符合各民族发展规律,是维护国家统一、民族团结的必然要求,是各民族经济社会发展的必然选择,必须坚定不移推行下去。Learning and using the standard spoken and written Chinese language contributes to the development of the ethnic groups in China, expanding their horizons, increasing their competitiveness and helping them adapt to the pace of the modem society. The promotion of using the standard spoken and written Chinese language conforms to CPC＇s governance and is conducive to the well-being of all ethnic communities. It is essential to China＇s national security and ethnic unity, hence the inevitable choice for social and economic development.
