摘　　要：目的:了解国内高校实验室安全及管理现状,为制定高校实验室安全管理体系提供参考依据。方法:本研究随机在某普通高校抽样医学本科生60人,医学研究生80人,在某重点高校抽样医学研究生60人作为调查对象,发放调查问卷进行调查。结果:有20.6%的学生对实验室安全规则比较清楚,79.3%的学生认为将实验室安全教育设为一门课程是非常有必要的,调查的学生中有76.1%对现行的安全管理制度持肯定的态度。结论:不同学历层次、不同院校的学生的实验室安全意识及安全管理存在明显差异,应该加强低年级大学生以及一般院校大学生实验室安全意识教育。Objective： To understand the current situation of university laboratory safety and management in China, and to pro-vide reference for the construction of laboratory safety management system in Universities in the future. Methods： A random sampling method was used to extract 60 undergraduates and 80 graduate students from a common university, and a question-naire survey was conducted on 60 graduate students of a major university. Results： 20.6% students understand more on the rule of laboratory safety. Besides, 79.3% students think it is very essential that the education of laboratory safety will be a course, and the responses of 76.1% students were positive on the management rules of laboratory safety. Conclusion： There are obvious differences between different academic levels, students of different institutions in laboratory safety, and awareness should be strengthened junior college and university students in general laboratory safety education institutions.
