摘 要:当前,我国正全力构建和谐医患关系。提高医师以人文关怀能力、沟通能力、执业环境适应能力和执业危机管理能力等为内容的医学人文执业能力,不仅能促进和谐医患关系建设,还能推进医学科学的发展,有助于提高医师的人文素养,切实维护医患双方权益。提高医师的医学人文执业能力须进行全面的系统教育与培养。由此提出了针对其培养的"理论课程教育—临床实习教育—执业实践终身教育"模式,并阐述该模式中的各个环节,以期为提高我国医师人文执业能力的培养提供参考。At present, China is trying its best to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. "l hls paper argues that improvement of physicians~ medical humanities practice ability which contains humanistic care ability, communication ability, practicing environment adaptability, and practicing crisis management ability, is not only can contribute to the harmonious doctor-patient relationship, but also can promote the development of medical science, which is conducive to enhance physicians~ humanities quality and safeguard the rights and interests of both doctors and patients. A series of comprehensive and systematic education and training must be carried out to improve physicians ~ medical humanities practice ability. This paper puts forward for its cultivation of "theoretical course education-clinical practice education- professional practice lifelong education" model, and elaborate the various links of the model, with a view to provide a reference for the humanities practice ability of Chinese physician training model in the future.
