重庆市部分中小学青春期性健康教育现状和对策

摘　　要：目的了解中小学青春期性健康教育的现状,为进一步开展中小学生青春期性健康教育提供有价值的对策和建议。方法采用整群抽样方法,于2017年4月选取重庆市沙坪坝区、渝中区、巴南区等3个主城区所属的部分学校开展学校性健康教育问卷调查。结果对青春期第二性征发育的了解,小学男、女生了解遗精和月经的比例分别为27.70%和33.45%,27.18%和62.42%,中学男、女生了解遗精和月经的比例分别为63.23%和62.56%,46.87%和77.78%;在早恋及异性交往方面,超过70%的小学生反对早恋,44.84%的中学男生和41.82%的中学女生反对早恋;对于婚前性行为,认为不应该有的中学男生和女生分别占32.29%和35.40%。学生对学校和家庭性教育的需求方面,向父母问及有关性知识时,只有37.44%的初中男生和61.82%的初中女生会得到父母的详细回答。结论中小学生的性健康知识极度缺乏。应积极开发教材及相关教学资源,利用新媒体开展青春期性健康教育;注意性健康教育的分层衔接结合和针对性,加强性道德和性法制教育;建立健全学校、家庭、社会互动的性教育模式。Objective To understand current status and formulate suggestions for adolescent sexual health education in primary and secondary schools in Chongqing. Methods Primary and secondary schools were selected from three main urban districts in Chongqing,including Shapingba,Yuzhong and Banan. Results About 27.70% and 33.45% boys,27.18% and 62.42% girls were aware of the concept of spermarche and menarche,respectively. For junior school students,the figures were 63.23%,62.56% and 46.87%,77.78%,respectively. More than 70% of primary students,44.84% junior school boys and 41.82% junior school girls were against premature love. About 32.29% and 35.40% junior school boys and girls reP〈0rted against sex before marriage. The percentages of parents who answered questions on sexual knowledge from children were 37.44% and 61.82% for junior school boys and girls,respectively. Conclusion The scarcity of adolescent sexual health knowledge calls for specific materials and resources related to sexuality education,through the influence of social media,with both school,home and social involved.
