摘　　要：中国特色社会主义已进入了新时代,这是我国发展新的历史方位,也对我国高等职业教育的改革和发展提出新要求。在新时代背景下,高职教育发展进入提升质量的关键期,面临新经济蓬勃兴起、"两个强国"战略目标等国内外发展新环境,高职教育应明确发展定位与方向,努力达成提升发展质量、完善培养体系、构建中国特色育人模式等新目标。应从深化产教融合、校企合作的办学模式,推行德技并修、知行合一的育人机制,搭建交叉复合、创新创业育人平台,完善育培结合、高本贯通的育人体系,开拓国际合作、联合培养的育人路径五个方面开启高职教育改革发展的新征程。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new of China^s development, and also puts forward new requirements era. This is a new for the reform and historical stage development of China＇s higher vocational education. In the context of the new era, the development of higher voca- tional education has entered a critical period of improving quality. Facing the thriving new economy and new strategic development goals of ＂power country from two aspects＂, higher vocational education should know very clearly the orientation and direction of its development, and strive to achieve new objectives, such as improving development quality, perfecting the training system, and constructing a Chinese-style education mode. From the following five aspects： deepening the mode of integra- tion of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation, promoting the mechanism of educating students＇ learning ability as well as morality, building a cross-composite platform of innovation and entrepr,eneurship, perfecting the system of combining education with training, and cooperating with overseas universities to co-educate students, higher vocational education can start its new journey of reform and development.
