摘　　要：目的探测国人肝脏Rouviere沟解剖学特点,为腹腔镜肝右后叶切除术提供解剖学依据。方法观测60例形态完整的肝脏Rouviere沟(RS)出现情况、分型及形态学。结果在60例标本中发现Rouviere沟出现在81. 7%的肝脏中,其中开放型的占70. 0%,融合型的占11. 7%,18. 3%的肝脏没有Rouviere沟。开放型的Rouviere沟平均长度是[(26. 13mm±3.27mm)(15. 24 mm～35. 29mm)],平均深度为[(6. 18mm±2. 63mm)(4. 04mm～18. 25mm)]。结论开放型Rouviere沟出现在大多数人肝脏表面,是重要的临床手术解剖标志。以Rouviere沟为参照物,为腹腔镜肝右后叶切除术及避免手术对胆总管的损伤提供依据。Objective To study the anatomical characteristics of liver Rouviere（ RS） groove in Chinese,so as to provide the anatomical proof in laparoscopic excision of right posterior lobectomy of liver. Methods The incidence,classifications and forms of liver RS groove in 60 complete livers were detected. Results 81. 7% of all samples were found with the RS groove. Among them,the open type was 70. 0%,fusion type was 11. 7% and no RS groove was 19. 3%. The average length and depth in open type Rouviere groove were[（ 26. 13 mm ± 3. 27 mm）,（ 15. 24 mm ～ 35. 29 mm） ] and [（ 6. 18 mm ± 2. 63 mm）,（ 4. 04 mm ～ 18. 25 mm） ]. Conclusion The liver RS groove is an important anatomical sign in extrahepatic bile duct. The RS groove can be used as reference to provide anatomical evidence for laparoscopic right posterior lobectomy to avoid choledochus injury.
