摘  要:目的调查新入校护理本科生的学习风格,为开展教学改革提供参考依据。方法采用Kolb学习风格量表对145名新入校护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果新入校护理本科生的学习风格以发散型和顺应型为主(92名,65.3%),其中以发散型所占比例最高(56名,39.7%);学生在感知信息维度,具体体验和抽象概念基本平衡,在加工信息维度,倾向于通过反思观察加工信息;不同性别的学生在抽象概念的得分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论新入校护理本科生的学习风格与护理专业的培养目标相适应,本科教育需要多渠道开展教学改革,教师应该发展多样化教学风格,满足学生的不同需求。Objective To investigate the learning styles of newly enrolled nursing undergraduates and provide reference for teaching reform. Methods Kolb’s Learning Style Inventory (LIS) was used to survey 145 newly enrolled nursing undergraduates. Results The learning styles of the newly enrolled nursing undergraduates were mainly divergent and adaptive learning style (92 undergraduates, 65.3%). The proportion of divergent learning style was the highest (56 undergraduates, 39.7%). undergraduates had basically equivalent scores between concrete experiment and abstract conceptualization, and had a higher score in reflective observation than active experimentation. The scores of different gender undergraduates in abstract conceptualization were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The learning styles of newly enrolled nursing undergraduates are adapted to the training objective of nursing profession. Undergraduate education requires multi-channel teaching reforms. And educators should develop diversified teaching styles to meet students' diferent needs.
