摘 要:目的分析儿童Stargardt病眼底荧光血管造影、光学相干断层扫描及吲哚青绿血管造影的影像特征。方法选取2017年6月至12月在本院门诊确诊的Stargardt病患儿8例(16眼),对比分析其FFA、OCT及ICGA检查影像特征。结果 FFA图像显示黄斑区散在椭圆形的细小弱荧光,随时间延长,荧光逐渐增强,晚期呈现强荧光,部分病例FFA表现为脉络膜背景荧光遮蔽;OCT图像表现为程度不等的黄斑区神经上皮层变薄,光感受器萎缩,视网膜色素上皮层高反射颗粒;ICGA晚期表现为弥漫分布的斑驳样低荧光灶。结论 FFA、OCT及ICGA在Stargardt病诊断中各具优势,上述方法联合应用可为Stargardt病的发病机制提供研究资料,极大地提高了影像学检查的诊断价值。Objective To explore the image features of fundus fluorescence angiography(FFA), optical coherent tomography joint with indocyanine green angiography in Stargardt disease. Method 8 cases( 16 eyes) Stargardt patients' clinical data diagnosed between June and December in 2017 were observed, FFA, OCT and ICGA imaging features were compared and analysed. Results FFA images showed that in the macular area scattered elliptic small weak fluorescence,the fluorescence enhanced gradually with the extension of time, strong fluorescence showed in late stage, some cases showed choroid background fluorescence covered; OCT image showed that neuroepithelial become thiner, photoreceptor atrophy and high reflective particles in retinal pigment epithelia; diffuse distribution of mottled sample low fluorescence in late stage of ICGA. Conclusion FFA, OCT and ICGA has its advantage in diagnosis of Stargardt disease, applications can provide research material for the pathogenesis of Stargardt disease, which greatly improved the diagnostic value of imaging examination.
