摘　　要：本文的基本思路是从宏观的角度,研究医学相关专业的特色与共享,基于医院临床岗位和学生可持续发展的需要,结合学校医学相关专业实训中心现状,对实训基地进行整体设计和职业化改造,在职业塑造、功能提升、文化素养等方面进行建设,精准对接医院岗位标准,培养适应临床需要的高素质技能型人才。The basic idea of this paper is to study the characteristics of medical related specialties from amacroscopic point of view. Based on the needs of clinical posts and the sustainable development of students in hospitals,and combined with the current situation of medical related specialty training centers in schools, the training bases wasdesigned as a whole and transformed professionally. Construction in career shaping, function upgrading and culturalaccomplishment were carried out to accurately dock hospital post standards and train high-quality skilled talents to meetclinical needs.
