工作任务对企业员工职场学习动机的影响探究

摘　　要：职场中,工作任务与企业员工的职场学习关系密切,工作本身的性质直接影响着企业员工的职场学习动机。笔者深入苏南地区一线企业——GHDL光缆有限公司进行田野观察,了解工作任务对企业员工职场学习动机的影响。结果发现:对于职场新手来说,无论从事何种性质的工作,为了早日适应工作,都表现出较强的职场学习动机;对于有相应工作经验的员工来说,从事简单重复工作的企业员工,其职场学习动机最弱;从事富有挑战性、创造性、变化性工作的企业员工,其职场学习动机更强。不同职位的企业员工,其职场学习动机则视工作中的实际需求而定。In the workplace,tasks are closely related to the workplace learning of employees,and the nature of the task itself affects the workplace learning motivation of the employees directly.The author conducted field observation in GHDL Cable Co.,LTD.,which is to explore the impact of tasks on the motivation of employees＇ workplace learning.The results showed that,no matter what nature of the work,in order to get used to the job early,workplace newbies have strong workplace learning motivation.For employees with corresponding working experience,they have the weakest workplace learning motivation when the work is simple and repetitive,but have stronger workplace learning motivation when the work is challenging,creative and changing.And For employees on different positions,the workplace learning motivation depends on the actual needs of the work.
