摘　　要：分析食品冷链物流采用O2O模式的必要性,总结O2O模式下食品冷链物流配送的主要模式以及影响因素,提出了完善O2O模式下食品冷链物流配送的建议与对策,以期推动食品冷链物流配送与O2O模式的有效结合,促进中国食品全产业链的持续健康发展。Taking the brief analysis of the necessity of using 020 model in the food cold chain logistics as the basis, sum up the main modes and influencing factors of the food cold chain logistics distribution under the 020 mode, and put forward the suggestions and countermeasures that could improve the food cold chain logistics distribution under the 020 model, to promote the effective combination of the food cold chain logistics distribution and the 020 model, and to help the sustainable and healthy development of China＇s food industry chain.
