摘 要:基于OBE理念的课程监控与评价对保证开放教育课程质量,提高学习效果具有重要意义。院校要树立成效为本的课程质量观,即从学生视角出发,突出学生作为质量主体的地位,以学习成果为导向,关注学生的能力与学习的增值,提高学习支持服务的质量。针对开放教育中课程监控与课程评价的境遇,提出要重构基于OBE理念的开放教育课程监控与评价,切实加强课程监控,提高课程评价的实效性,有效保障课程质量。The supervision and assessment of curriculum which based on the concept of OBE have a significant impact on improving the learning efficiency. Schools and universities need to embrace the course quality with the outcome-based perspective. In this process, it's fundamental to take students' views into the consideration, focus on students as the main subject for quality assurance, use OBE as the definitive guide and pay attention to each student's capability, including the improvement of learning efficiency. Rethinking the real-world experience of course supervision and assessment, an emphasis on OBE-based curriculum is extremely helpful for strengthening curriculum supervision and improving the curriculum assessment in a timely fashion in order to ensure the quality of curriculum in a whole.
